Communications with Customers and Provision of Information to
Senju Pharmaceutical has a Customer Service Center for directly responding to inquiries from consumers and patients. The role of the Center is to contribute to the proper use of pharmaceuticals by promptly and conscientiously providing customers with useful information about all our company's products. In addition to listening attentively to our customer's questions in order to provide proper information, we also strive to use customer input to lead to the development of better products. Furthermore, all the information received from customers is passed on to the relevant sections without omission as part of our focus on ensuring the high standards of Senju's products.

Support for disaster recovery
- In the wake of the Great East Japan Earthquake that struck on March 11, 2011, Senju contributed 20 million yen along with pharmaceutical and other emergency supplies, through the Japan Red Cross Society.
- In the wake of the Nepal Earthquake that hit central Nepal on April 25, 2015, contributed 210,000 yen through the Eye and ENT Association for The Himalayan(EArTH) under the matching gift system operating between our employees and the company.
- In the wake of the 2016 Kumamoto Earthquake that occurred in April 2016, contributed 5 million yen through the Japan Red Cross Society and also contributed 646,220 yen to Kumamoto Prefecture through the matching gift system involving our employees.
- In the wake of the 2018 Japan Floods that struck in July 2018, contributed 2 million yen through the Japan Red Cross Society and contributed 180,350 yen to the disaster affected areas through the matching gift system involving our employees.
- In the wake of the storm disaster damage brought by Typhoons 19, 20 and 21 that hit Japan in October 2019, contributed 2 million yen through the Japan Red Cross Society and 445,022 yen to the disaster affected areas through the matching gift system involving our employees.
- In the wake of the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake that occurred in January 2024, contributed 10 million yen through the Japan Red Cross Society and also contributed 2,243,828 yen to Ishikawa Prefecture through the matching gift system involving our employees.
